Return Policy :  We will refund any unused products returned within 60 days. A restock charge of 10% will apply, and shipping will not be refunded.

Shipping from McMinnville Oregon, and if you need expidited shipping, please try to let us know before ordering so we can make it a priority!  We use the United States Postal Service for most shipments, though can use Fedex, UPS or DHL if requested.
Purchases will be shipped within 6-10 days. We are a small business ran by a husband and wife duo with little kids at home, thank you for your patience!

Flying Squirrel Brush Co. does not sell any information collected from purchases (email, address, name, phone numbers etc.) We use email collected to notify buyers of sales and new products, and if we have any major store changes. We offer a subscription to enlist on our mailer, and to donate to help fund the operations. 

Discount Codes
We often offer discount codes for seasonal sales, to schools and workshops to help new students and upstarts with a discounted purchase rate. They eventually expire when the end date arrives.
